Mizuno Lone Star Classic Format:

  • 3-day national qualifying tournament 
  • 7 matches guaranteed in a 3-day format
  • R1s will be provided for all matches - Work teams will be responsible for providing the R2.

Tiebreaker Procedures

The Mizuno Lone Star Classic will follow the USAV Girl's NQ Tie-breaking Procedures.

Wknd 1: Saturday, April 8

  • AM Wave - 14 USA, 14 American*, 15 American, 15 Select, 15 Club
  • PM Wave - 13 American, 13 Club, 13 Select, 14 American*, 14 Club, 14 Select

Wknd 2: Friday, April 14

  • AM Wave - 12 American*, 12 National, 13 Open, 14 Open, 15 Open, 15 USA, 16 Open, 16 USA, 17 Open, 17 USA
  • PM Wave - 12 American*, 12 Select, 16 American, 16 Select, 16 Club, 17 American, 17 Club
  • Sat. PM - Sunday - 10/11 Girls, Boys 14, Boys 16, Boys 18

**12 American and 14 American are currently scheduled to be split between AM and PM wave. Wave assignments for these two divisions will be dependent on seeding.

The wave time indicates the division's first day/start of competition, with the division's play concluding the following day. AM wave starts at 8am and the PM wave starts at approximately 2pm unless otherwise noted.

*Please note: wave times are subject to change until we confirm the final number of registered teams.
